- William Wallace Review added: 2018.01.21★ ★ ★ ★ ★Severe back pain uncontrolled by paracetamol and ibuprofen. Requested new pain killer, dihydrodeine (small quantity). Expected to wait two days for new script to be processed but they sorted in a couple of hours and phoned to say it was ready. Huge difference, meant I could visit friend and her baby in Slovakia with relative ease. Excellent responsive care from doctors and staff. Thank you so much. David B, Daw Lane
